Your information stays here, period.  Also you have a member-created username and security password to view your profile.   When you visit JustFishTournaments.com and register as a member you provide us with a few types of personal information and web site use information collected by us as you interact with our web site.  Only your email address and state you live/fish are collected to become a member.  Your profile name and state you live in can be viewed by all other members.  All information that you enter into your profile can be viewed by all members of JustFishTournaments.com, so be careful to enter only information you want viewed by the public.  (See Terms for Additional Info on acceptable information)

Your full name, address, and birth date are only collected when you register for a tournament.  This information is collected in order to verify that the winnings are sent to the correct address and that the entrant is over 18 years of age.  This information is held completely private and used only for those specific reasons.  We need your mailing address to verify that you are residing in the state that the tournament is taking place.  These are collected in order to reduce and fraud and to ensure the legitimacy of the website.

JustFishTournaments.com stores the email addresses that members provide so that we can keep our members up to date with emails about upcoming tournaments.  If you wish to opt out of the emails you may do so by clicking the “remove from mailing list” link located within the emails or by changing your profile settings.  JustFishTournaments.com does not sell these email addresses to any third parties.

Tournaments Winners/ Leaderboards

Tournament winners agree that their name, state/city they live in, and profile and measuring photos will be displayed on the past tournament results page on the JustFishTournaments.com website.  This information is displayed for the top 10 winners in each tournament.

JustFishTournaments.com may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
